The work takes 2 - 3 hours and is usually done remotely due to the amount of time required to do a full and thorough clearing, however it is up to the client as to whether he/she would like to be present during the clearing in order to ask questions. The research data is provided upon completion of the clearing however it is recommended that client not speak of what was cleared or hold onto the data for too long as that may recharge some of the energies that were cleared.
The effects of a clearing are varied but as conscious beliefs and choice patterns can create new negative programs, it is generally recommended to observe what you're thinking and feeling in the days following the clearing and be kind to yourself.
