How does it work?
The work is done through the brain entering the Theta wave state. There are five different brain waves:
Gamma – 24+ cycles per second, occurs during the process of awakening and during active rapid eye movement (REM) sleep
Beta – 12 - 23 cycles per second, associated with normal waking consciousness
Alpha – 8 - 11 cycles per second, predominantly found during periods of waking relaxation with the eyes closed. This is the wave that Reiki practitioners are in when they work.
Theta – 4 - 7 cycles per second, associated with various sleep and wakefulness states of the brain, ie meditation. These waves are associated with spatial navigation and some forms of memory and learning.
Delta – 1 - 3 cycles per second, associated with sleep and out-of-body experiences
“Digging” is done by asking questions and using muscle-testing to help determine the answers. Once it is determined what beliefs require clearing, they are “pulled” and then replaced by “downloading” new and positive ones.
Clearing of beliefs is done on four levels. If the belief is only pulled on one level, it may still exist on another, continuing to affect the person and possibly now manifesting in a different way. Through pulling and changing beliefs on all levels, transformation can be manifested all the way down to the cellular level. This frees the flow of energy that has been held there, allowing the healing to take place.
The four levels are:
Core: These are beliefs from this lifetime and start form the moment of conception
Genetic: Beliefs/famly patterns carried over from prior generations, including additions from this lifetime
History: This level contains oaths, vows, karmic contracts, trauma, lessons learned, issues witnessed or absorbed and memories from other lives. These are resolved rather than cancelled. It is not necessary to believe in past lives in order to clear from this level.
Soul: The level of your true existence. What “is” you after leaving the physical body
Healings can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual depending on how the beliefs affected you. By changing what we believe, we change how we feel. When we change how we feel, we affect our being on all levels.
